Hi all. Has anyone got an update The Dunes. Are they rebuilding yet ?

Up there early November 2008 and still nothing started

Cheers for that wiz. I did hear about a month ago the insurance thing had been sorted out and building would start soon.

Update as of April 2009

Still looks like a bombsite.

There were plans to build a 3 storey pub but the council blocked it.
That was some time ago and still heard nothing so not looking good.

Rumours are that the Dunes will be rebuilt by the start of the 2010 season

Looks like it was a duff rumour, no sign of any building work yet
